I always look for an excuse to get my Cricut out!! Seriously though, addressing my student's envelopes with my Cricut is one of my favorite things to do. They always look so pretty when I'm done and none of my lines are going uphill! The whole process is actually pretty easy once you get it set up.
In the video below, I'll show you step by step what you need to do in Cricut Design Studio to create your own. If you want to use my templates, just email me and I will give you the links
Things I used:
Gold A9 invitation envelopes from Walmart
Turquoise A2 "Hooray" blank notecards and envelopes from Walmart
0.4 Black tip Cricut pen from Michaels
Strong Grip mat for Cricut from Michaels (you don't need strong, it's just what I had lying around)
A teacher introduction sheet that I created
Stamps!
A computer and the Cricut Design Studio software (free download)
Cricut Explore Air 2
Pro Tip: Inside your envelope to your kids, add in a blank note card and an already stamped/addressed envelope back to you so students can write back without having to worry about going and buying a stamp!
